My festoon lights are fantastic. They are a mains plug-in. I previously purchased some from another provider but these ones are definitely high-quality. My lights arrive the next day and the customer contact service was very efficient when I called them with a question - Would definitely order from this company again.

My daughter bought these lights and having seen them in her garden I decided to purchase a set .I was unsure how they connected to the power supply and had ordered a transformer with the lights .The helpful customer services agent contacted me and explained that this was not required with these lights and immediatly cancelled the part and refunded the money instantly.Great service and an excellent product .
