Orders under £75 have a £2.95 standard delivery charge

All UK mainland orders over £75.00 will be free of charge. FREE standard delivery (Important notice: if you have an item shipped with FREE postage and then decide to return the item for a refund, we will refund you the item value minus the shipping fee's incurred by The Outside Lighting Specialist. Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched same day where possible and most items will be dispatched within 24 hours.

Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Next working day delivery

UK Next Working Day Delivery - £7.99

For next working day delivery, orders need to be placed by 3pm. We will always try to provide this service on any orders coming in after this time if possible.

As this is a next working day service, orders placed by 2pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday.

Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will not usually be delivered until the Tuesday.

If you need to ensure next day delivery, we recommend that you upgrade to our next working day delivery service.

Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Iceland, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, Romania, Russia and Switzerland – 3 - 7 days £50.00 per parcel

Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore - 4 – 10 days £60.00 per parcel (Whilst we try to keep shipping costs as low as possible, please note the final delivery cost will depend on the weight of the items ordered. See below for more details)

International orders are generally dispatched via DHL

International orders are generally dispatched via DHL by Air with full tracking service. If you would like any further details on your individual order, please do not hesitate to email us at sales@tols.co.uk

If your order is exceptionally heavy or large we may not be able to deliver within the shipping charges shown above. In this event, we will email you with a quote for delivery costs. You can then decide if you wish to pay any additional charges or amend your order.

We reserve the right to revise any shipping costs/dates/times when necessary. We retain the right to refuse/amend any orders that do not comply with the delivery options available to us. International delivery times are given for guidance purposes only and cannot be guaranteed, although we will do our upmost to ensure that your order reaches you as promptly as possible.
